Covers user data, not installed programs or very large media libraries.

Virus / Malware Cleanup

I’ll look up parts and confirm cost before ordering.

Keyboard, Fan & Other Components

Replace faulty keyboards, fans, ports, and other internal components where parts are obtainable and the repair is cost-effective.

We’ll decide together if repair or replacement makes more sense.

Keep your important files safe and move them where they need to go.

Data Backup / Transfer

Copy your documents, photos, and other personal files from one computer to another or to an external drive.

Price depends on the amount of data and how organized everything is.

Basic Data Recovery (Non-Lab)

From $80

Attempt to recover files from drives that are still detected but not working correctly. No clean-room work; if it’s physically failing badly, I’ll recommend a specialist.
